Resize GIF Animations

Resizing GIF (CompuServe) files can easily be done using many tools out there, however most of them do not support resizing animated GIF animations. Most of the well known image editors support resizing of static GIF files, they however do not support resizing animated files.
GiF Resizer is a free portable tool for Microsoft Windows and allows you to resize animated GIF images instantly without any loss in quality. Simply run the tool and select the GIF animated image file that you want to resize. GiF Resizer will resize your animated gifs while keeping all your animation settings.
