This is an old file I leeched from http://labs.divx.com/node/16647/ way back, but I just noticed the original link was down, so I searched for the file on my hard drive and decided to upload it in case anyone else would ever need this file.

This is the use of this batch file according to an official statement:

Double click or run the file you downloaded “clean_ddm.bat” This will clear your DivX Plus Web Player cache (temporarily stored data). When it’s finished it will say “Press any key to continue”

I however believe this is no longer useful for the most recent version of DivX Plus Web Player.
