Firefox: Remove a single URL from the Browser History

by on Feb.15, 2012, under Random()

I recently wanted to delete a single site from Firefox’ history. Whenever I entered a URL into the address bar it didn’t show my favorite site but the one I wanted to have removed instead.

After doing a little bit of research I found out that it’s possible to remove an entry from the history simply by typing its URL (e.g. facebook.com) into the address bar, highlight it with your mouse and then push the buttons SHIFT+DEL. This simple trick will remove the site from the browser history.
